By making payment for your Fayou Family visit you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

General

1.        Whether you book alone or as a group, we will only deal with the lead booking name in all subsequent correspondence, including changes, amendments and cancellations. The lead name will be responsible for the group and it will be assumed that he/she has the authority to act on their behalf. You must be 18 years old to book as the lead name.

2.        We will communicate with you using the email address you have provided. We will assume that your email address is correct and that you understand the risks associated with using this form of communication.

Payment

3.        All prices advertised are accurate at the date and time published, but we reserve the right to change any of those prices from time to time. Prices can go up or down. We will confirm the price of your visit before confirming your booking. Confirmed prices are presented and should be paid in GBR Pounds Sterling.

4.        Your reservation is not secure until payment has been received in full.  We will continue to advertise your proposed dates for visiting the Fayou Family until payment is received in full.  Please email us to confirm when payment is made to enable us to reserve your dates as soon as possible.  (There is usually a bank transfer delay from payment to receipt.  Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment into the Fayou Family account.)

5.        Payment can only be made by electronic transfer or by Western Union.  We have no facility for taking credit/debit cards or cheque.  Please quote the reference number indicated on your invoice on your transfer.  If you use Western Union you will need to provide us with the name of the payee, the country from which it was sent and the MTN.  (We do not have a UK business address.  If your bank requires a UK address for an international bank transfer you will need to use Western Union to make payment.)

6.        Individual payments for group bookings cannot be accepted.  Please nominate one payee within your group to make full payment for your reservation.

Refunds

7.        We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracy in the confirmation email/documentation. If there is an obvious error in the confirmation email/documentation we reserve the right to correct it as soon as we become aware of it. If any of these changes are material and are not acceptable then you will be entitled to a full refund.

8.        If you cancel your visit with the Fayou Family the cancellation fee is 100%.  No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation.  If you wish to re-schedule when Fayou Family has availability the cost of the previously made booking will be transferred and will act as payment (in full or in part) for your re-scheduled visit.  No refunds will be given in the event of the re-scheduled visit being of a lesser value than the original booking.  If you wish to re-schedule the price of your visit will be based on the prices that apply on the day you ask for the change. These prices may not be the same as when you first booked.  Re-scheduling is only possible subject to availability.  If you arrive late or depart early there will be no refund.

9.        Any refunds due will only be made by electronic transfer and then only to the payee, not to other members of the group.
